Ghagar Buri Chandi Mata Temple is a revered Hindu shrine located at Kalipahari in Asansol, West Bengal, beside the Nunia rivulet and near the National Highway bypass. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Ghagar Buri Chandi, who is worshipped as a form of Goddess Kali and Goddess Chandi. The District Administration of Paschim Bardhaman describes it as one of the oldest temples of Asansol. Worship is especially observed on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while an annual fair is held on 15 January. The shrine has a simple and traditional appearance, with the sacred deity represented in stone form and decorated with ornaments. The temple complex also contains shrines associated with Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, Lord Hanuman and Lord Lakshman. Surrounded by the local landscape and the nearby rivulet, the temple attracts devotees throughout the year who come for worship, prayer and blessings.
