Shree Kiriteswari Shaktipeeth Temple is a revered Hindu temple located in Kiritkona village under Nabagram in Murshidabad district, West Bengal. It is traditionally regarded as one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. According to the sacred tradition associated with the temple, the crown or “Kirita” of Goddess Sati is believed to have fallen at this place, giving the shrine its name Kiriteswari. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Kiriteswari, who is worshipped as a powerful form of the Divine Mother. The shrine has a long religious and historical association with the Murshidabad region.
